Sunday, lazy Sunday. I didn’t sleep well at all, last night. It was too hot. We tried with the air-conditioning just to find out that it doesn’t work. When I woke up this morning (well, when Agata woke me up!) I wasn’t in a good shape. All I wanted was a jar of coffee and a couch to crush on.
Instead I’ve got a morning meeting with a couple of youngsters who’s getting married late July. They hired us. That’s always good news.
During the meeting I looked at our new studio. Finally a proper place. Even without the photo panels we intend to place all along it’s long wall, it already looks gorgeous. And professional. And creative. I think it puts any potential client in the right state of mind.
The rest of the house, however, was a mess. The day before we threw a big party for Agata’s baptism, and now it’s time to clean. The tables outside are still set with glasses, drinks, forks, spoons, plates, napkins, and even some food. All the flowers are there, too. And it’s so hot.
While clearing away all that stuff, cleaning and washing, we wanted to take some snapshots of the decorations (organized and arranged by the girls of WeddInProgress) just to remember how beautiful they were. Here’s the cup full of confetti (the word confetto in Italian refers to a sugared almond), with the napkins and spoon bought by the organizers. Pretty sweet.
