Finally we had a nice and lazy saturday. I’ve got my haircut, then we had lunch at my parent’s place, left them Agata and went with my sis to see a photo exhibition. It is something we tentatively planned many times in the last two months, but with very little success…
So, the exhibition was great, all about the great Steve McCurry, lots of hugely and finely printed shots from the 80s to 2011: it was like traveling in time and space. The exhibition is held at the MACRO museum, one of the coolest place in Rome. It was installed in the historical huge slaughterhouse in the neighborhood Testaccio, and many of its original facilities are still present, like the cages for the animals in this shot.
