This magic place is at my in-laws renewed apartment. More precisely, it is in the kitchen. This 365(+1) project is making me more aware of light than I usually was. Now I am always looking for a shot, eagerly. Here you can see the “backstage” of the shot, something now I do to test the light and the background before asking someone to step in the frame.
We visit my in-laws more often since they moved in their renewed flat. It is not just because it is closer (sure it helps). This flat was our home for two years. When we moved back from the Netherlands my in-laws were staying in another place, so they generously gave us this flat to stay for a while. All the best things in our life were conceived between these walls: Agata, the step into professional photography, and my plan on how to rule the world (well, that’s still a work in progress).
All of this just to say that, well, there are lots of reasons why we love to visit our in-laws, and some of them are related with their renewed flat.
