Bruxelles South train station. I just arrived from Rome, car plus plane plus train. My boss is waiting for me somewhere in the hall, but I take a few minutes to breath the cold air of Northern Europe and to compose and shoot this photograph. While on the train I watched several stations like this running by, and when i walked out of the train I had already pictured this shot in my head. So, here it is, I’m back in the Flandres.
I’ll stay tonight at my boss’ place, and I’ll finally meet his whole family. Then, tomorrow early morning we’ll be driving to Enschede, where the Netherlands meet Germany, for three days dedicated to the fifth quarterly meeting and the first annual review meeting of a European research project.
I hope to be able to capture more of the Northern winter mood while in Enschede, but I’m facing some brain melting thirty hours of meeting in three days…
One of my fave in your collection. But in fact I like them all.
thanks and cheers!
