Another of my current compositing projects published on Behance. “And yet we won” is a new view over the world’s most famous skyline, Manhattan’s, in which details and characters from the streets get “digitally stenciled” over the landscape, becoming massive pieces of street art on the buildings’ facades. Should you be interested in the technique, […]
With the support of Sony we’ll all keep enjoying our mutual company for another year of daily shots, this time with the new top professional compact system, the RX1. I sincerely find it great that such a major company would help a blogger to share his work and passion. In this blog I want to focus on the artistic/technical aspects of photography, and I will do it by exploring twelve themes/subjects, one for each month. Thirty days to produce thirty images on a subject, twelve months to explore twelve subjects, all with the same camera and the same lens: 365 Days of RX1 – one camera, one lens, 12 projects.
So long, fellas, let’s start doing photography.

My second article for FujiLove is online. Here I spend a little time telling the story behind these fashion shots, while at the same time addressing the pros and cons (but mostly pros) of working with the X100T and the teleconverter in such shootings. Once the image quality is there, things like form-factor, accuracy and […]
It’s online my first contribution as an Editor to the FujiLove blog. I decided to focus my work to inspirational pieces, rather than technical/review articles. There will be technical talking from time to time in form of “light” how-tos, so to provide some insights of the techniques I used, but the general focus should always […]
As in one of those romantic movies in which timing is all that matters, while i was finally deciding to get an X100T a photographer named Tomasz Trzbiatowski was starting his new, fuji-dedicated, excellently indexed on any research engine, blog FujiLove. I, as any other Fuji X user, eventually visited his blog, I must to say I immediately […]
If you own any one of the X100 series you’ll already know how full it is out there of very cool accessories to pimp your camera. You can put a hood, you can put a filter, you can put a flash, you can put a thumb grip, you can put a half case, you can […]

Looking at Ombra digging as much shore as she can, I realise how much gratifying this activity must be […]
